This is a high gain (increasingly rare) NOS (New Old Stock) 6N9S (equivalent to 6SL7 or ECC35) high quality double triode valve for great performance in preamp stages of your jukebox, guitar or hi-fi audio amplifier. Note that these Russian valves are marked in Cyrillic script and read "6H9C".

Manufactured in the Reflektor Saratov plant in Russia from the same batch in 1979 (but responsibly sourced and purchased from the Ukraine), these superb quality valves are an ideal replacement for 6SL7 Octal valves in vintage audio equipment such as amplifiers and hifi preamps and at a very economical price! These valves are marked 6H9C in Cyrillic Russian script and have the military QA OTK mark as well denoting very high quality military spec construction and testing.
